Hytera Showcases new DMR and POC ‘Innovations for a Safer World’ at PMRExpo 2024

Taking place at the Koelnmesse Exhibition Centre from November 26 to 28, PMRExpo 2024 is Germany's premier event for professionals in the public safety, security, and critical communications sectors. It brings together experts to drive innovation in mission-critical communications through networking, sharing knowledge, and product demonstrations.

At PMRExpo 2024, Hytera proudly unveiled the DS-6250S, our latest mission-critical base station. This compact and highly integrated device, based on the DMR Tier III protocol, offers a powerful yet cost-effective solution for robust communications. Utilizing multi-carrier and Software-Defined Radio (SDR) technologies, the DS-6250S can expand to support up to eight carriers, with customizable frequencies and carrier capacity via software. Additionally, with an IP68 rating, it is designed to perform reliably in harsh environments and offers flexible installation options—mountable on towers, walls, or vehicles—to ensure wider coverage and eliminate dead zones.

The DS-6250S attracted numerous industrial visitors eager to gain a deeper understanding of its capabilities. Furthermore, our flagship product, the DIB-R5 Outdoor, showcased industry-leading technology, offering impressive electrical savings with just 75W for a 20W TX. The E-pack 200, designed for rugged deployments and rated IP67, supports dual-channel voice communication, making it an ideal choice for critical communications.

Hytera's new generation intrinsically safe portable DMR radios, the HP795Ex and HP715Ex, stood out at the exhibition with their secure design, durable construction, and advanced ergonomics. Complying with global explosion-proof certification standards, these radios provide reliable and safe communication for industries including oil and gas, fire rescue, airports, manufacturing, and more.

In addition, Hytera highlighted its P5 Series. Hytera’s P50 and P50 Pro is a powerful PoC radio that leverages push-to-talk (PTT) over cellular networks, providing nationwide coverage and enhanced communication efficiency. By combining exceptional PTT performance with advanced data capabilities, it empowers professionals in security, logistics, transportation, and urban management to communicate effectively and collaborate seamlessly.

Hytera also introduced the new Body-Worn Camera (BWC) SC780, a future-ready 4G LTE body camera that delivers exceptional recording performance. It captures crystal-clear, stable videos with enhanced detail and can record up to 120 seconds prior to the activation of the recording key, ensuring critical moments are never missed in unforeseen circumstances. Additionally, the cloud-based centralized data management system, DEM5.2, attracted many people who were interested in our technology were engaging with our experts.

During the exhibition, Hytera showcased the E-pack 100, the only TETRA mesh equipment available, and HySEIS^TM ,Energy Solution with MCA26, which supports charging and battery health checks for various terminals, including TETRA and DMR models. The new generation TETRA PT590 and PT890Ex also drew significant attention from attendees, highlighting Hytera's commitment to delivering cutting-edge communication solutions.
