Finance Assistant - Hytera UK

We are now recruiting for a Finance Assistant to join the team - part-time, permanent (20 hours per week- 9am - 1pm Monday- Friday with occasional additional hours required) – competitive salary - to be discussed with shortlisted candidates.

This is a varied and interesting opportunity in a professional finance role. This is a team support role - to include all the usual transactional and reporting duties you would expect, in addition to exciting and challenging work projects as a result of Company growth and expansion. We are looking for a good team player to join at a very exciting time for the business.

Here are the highlights of the areas of responsibilities and essential background:

  • General financial administration - invoicing, credit control, month-end processing and other relevant work
  • Demonstrable experience in Finance role
  • AAT qualified or appropriate work experience in Accountancy and Finance.
  • Working knowledge of Sage 200 Accounts advantageous
  • Intermediate to advanced level Excel – e.g., working with spreadsheets, pivot tables, VLOOKUP function
  • Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines, as part of a team and independently
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Organised and methodical to successfully work on multiple transactional tasks and ad-hoc projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Marketing Manager - Hytera Germany

We are now recruiting for a Marketing Manager to join the European team (ideally based in Germany - application from other DACH region countries are also welcome) – competitive salary - to be discussed with shortlisted candidates.

This is a great opportunity for an established Marketing Manager or a candidate ready for the next step in their career. The roles reports into the Head of Marketing, Europe Channel Business.

What you can expect

This is an exciting phase of business transformation and growth for us - as a result this is a new vacancy within our established Marketing team.

The role will be busy, challenging and rewarding at the same time. You will be working with the Marketing team in the UK - operating as the local area Marketing expert. Duties and responsibilities incorporate a broad spectrum of marketing projects and transactional activities. To give an idea of the scope of work please take a look below:

  • Delivering the local marketing, PR and communications plan in line with the business strategy
  • Organising, planning and executing high impact local and regional events (A, B and C fairs, dealer days, sales events, virtual online events
  • Maintaining and contributing relevant content to the Hytera Communications Europe social media channels and website
  • Planning and executing high impact end-to end digital marketing campaigns
  • Working with external marketing partners, such as advertising agencies, digital media agencies, copywriters
  • Supporting the full spectrum of go- to- market activities for new product launches incorporating a broad mix of marketing channels and positioning

What you need

  • German and English language is essential/ other European languages a bonus
  • Proven and significant work experience as a Marketing professional - all sector experience considered
  • Highly motivated and able to work autonomously as Marketing support for region
  • Customer centric focus
  • Excellent project planning skills and experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Technologically and social media savvy
