Sales Manager (DACH Region) - Hytera Communications Europe CBU

We are now recruiting for a Sales Manager (DACH) to join the European team (ideally based in Germany - application from other DACH region countries are also welcome) – competitive salary - to be discussed with shortlisted candidates.

This is a great opportunity for an established Sales Manager, ideally from a PMR industry background to join the team at an exciting phase for the business.

What you can expect

This is an exciting phase of business transformation and growth for us - as a result this is a new vacancy within our established Sales team. This is a B2B role and the successful candidate will be working with channel partners to deliver to a wide reach of end user businesses.

Here are some key job highlights:

  • New business development – identifying opportunities in the market and forming effective business relationships through to formal partnerships
  • Create and manage sales pipeline of opportunities across identified markets
  • Working with existing partnerships to generate sales opportunities and further distribution of products in the market - portfolio of products include - DMR, PMR, LTE, Systems, Bodycam, POC, Tetra
  • Forecasting and appropriate market analysis

What you need

  • Previous experience within PMR or telecommunications industry advantageous
  • Working experience of Hytera radio communication products highly advantageous
  • Previous success and experience in a sales/key account management professional role
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong professional relationships with key accounts, new business, and internal stakeholders
  • Confident to deliver client presentations
  • Thrive in a fast paced and agile business
  • Numerate and analytical to support business opportunities and forecasting activities
  • Highly motivated and resilient
