The Salym project is the biggest oil field in the world. The total volume of produced oil has exceeded 65 mln tons from the beginning of the Salym project implementation.

Salym Petroleum Development N.V. required the hand-held radios with fully-featured function in the existing radio communication system of TETRA standard and meeting with the explosion safety standards. What's more, it is a necessity of hand-held radios to be upgrade available considering the customers' budget.

Hytera together with partner LEO Telecom had provided 470 pieces explosion-proof hand-held radios PT580H (UL913) for Salym Petroleum Development N.V.
