Terms and Conditions

1. One entry permitted for each qualifying purchase order. The 3k qualifying order value excludes VAT and shipping costs.
2. Orders must be placed by 5:30pm on each day of the advent calendar promotion date.
3. Individual order values are fixed and cannot be rolled over or combined.
4. Invoiced and shipped orders that qualify for this promotion of the said 3k GBP or EURO are non-refundable.
5. Purchases under this offer are subject to Partner standard payment terms.
6. Offers cannot be combined with any other existing Hytera promotional offer.
7. Please make clear reference to the relevant offer code (ADVENT23) on your purchase order or in the ‘special instructions box’ for online orders.
8. The Hytera Advent calendar Promo is open to all Hytera Communications Europe direct partners with a valid business contract for 2023.
9. Hytera reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, this promotion with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control.
10. Value of prizes are correct at the time of this promotion and excludes any sales. Where a prize is not available a direct or similar equivalent for the same value will be supplemented. Prizes cannot be exchanged for their monetary value.
11. The prize draw would take place 24 hours after each advent prize date and the winner will be notified within 3 working days of the prize draw.
12. Promotional dates are normal working weekdays commencing December 7th and ending December 22nd 2023 at 12 noon.
13. The prize will be posted within 7 to 14 working days of the winner notification.
