Case Study Guidance can be found below and can be adapted to suit the story and narrative of the project details:

The Project

A summary of the customer (school, business, factory, airport, construction site, etc), nature of their business and the background to the project

The Challenge

The communications issues that needed to be solved (e.g. out of date analogue radio, poor coverage areas, lack of capacity, need for more efficient/productive communications, safety issues, etc, etc).

Please highlight the client's objectives? Example, improved operational efficiency, increased safety, reliable communications etc.

The Solution

What Hytera solution was chosen to solve the above problem: details of the equipment implemented; types and numbers of radio terminals and applications. Try to explain why these were chosen and how they solved the challenges.

If possible, explain why a Hytera solution was chosen (what did the solution offer that made the client choose Hytera rather than another manufacturer). Also explain how the project was won (open tender or recommendation by the dealer etc).

The Results

  • Outline how the chosen solution achieved the client's goals.
  • Gather any quotes/testimonials from the client about the benefits and improvements since the new solution.
  • Explain how the solution is being used and by whom (what job roles, etc)
  • Is there any indication of future expansion or possible additions?

Photos of the project

Please send 2 or 3 high resolution quality images of the site, scenario and maybe a person using the Hytera device or equipment in the natural environment if that is possible.

Testimonial

Please try to provide a client testimonial (name and job title optional). This can be used in adverts as well.

Please contact marketing@hytera-europe.com with the details to have your case study pre-written!
